To prepare the hull of the Townsend 34 there are many steps:

  1. Laying down bottom paint and primer
  2. First layer of basalt fiber
  3. Divinycell foam core
  4. Second layer of basalt
  5. Bagged and infused with epoxy resin
  6. Hulls joined together
